I help parents like you to learn how to feel comfortable and confident in the water so that you can enjoy aquatic activities with loved ones and take advantage of all the mental, physical and spiritual benefits being in the water has to offer.


I teach you how to unblock and rewire stuck energies in your body & mind to live

a more joyful life in and out of the water.

I started off as a swim coach and got pretty interested in body-mind connection and different healing modalities early on in my career.

And just like you, I’ve also had my share of challenges in the water.

I was 19 when I first realized that despite the fact that I was a competitive swimmer for over a decade at that time, I was afraid of open water. I’ve never had that experience before even though I swam in lakes so it struck me to say the least.

One evening - while sitting on the beach in Italy - I found myself focusing on the noise of the waves and how it made me feel really uncomfortable. I felt like it would swallow me and I would drown.

I tried taking deep breaths and letting it go knowing that I’m a good swimmer and I’d be safe in the water but it didn’t help. I had to get up and leave.

Then a year later, in Croatia I jumped in the Adriatic sea from a boat to get my favorite hat back. While I was waiting for the boat to turn back and get me, I looked around and all of a sudden I felt an immense fear of getting swallowed by the water. The boat got back within a short time and I was back onboard. I didn’t say a thing to anyone because I thought how could a swimmer feel scared in the water - so, I just hid my fear.

Everything turned around when - years later - I learned a technique to find the root cause of any type of water related fear and release it at a deep level. I was finally able to break free from my anxiety around big waves and deep, open water. And now:

I have a love story with water and with

my nervous system, too.

My students often tell me that I can explain and break down the most complicated things in a simple, doable, and approachable way in the water - and that’s exactly what you’ll find in the Freedom In The Water Method.

There’s no magic trick, silver bullet or shortcut: this is a deep and expansive work that doesn’t have to be rocket science. With more than a decade of experience and practice, I’ve gathered the most important and impactful lessons about how to get comfortable and confident in the water into an easy-to-consume experience, and I am so excited to share it with you.

Do I have to get in the water during the program?

The program and most modules are designed to complete outside of the water because learning is hard in an uncomfortable environment. Some modules towards the end of the program will give you the choice to get in the water and while this benefits your learning curve, it's totally up to you whether you'll do it or not.

Will you teach me how to swim?

This program is designed to help you find and release the root cause of your water related fear & anxiety and to teach you tools to make sure that you feel calm & comfortable in the water. With that said, we do not teach swim strokes within this program. If you're interested in learning to swim with a holistic approach, send me an email to see if I'm available to teach you in person.

Do you offer private coaching?

If the circumstances are right, I do offer ongoing, 1:1 coaching after you have gone through the Freedom In The Water Method. Feel free to make a request using the “Ask A Question” button below.

How long are the modules?

You can expect to spend one to two hours per week listening to or watching modules and completing the worksheets or practical follow-up work.

How is the Freedom In The Water Method different from signing up for swim classes?

It’s a valid question - after all, swim instructors offer valuable expertise in teaching you the strokes. However, the Freedom In The Water Method offers something beyond conventional swim instructor advice. Here’s how we stand apart:

Holistic Approach: While traditional swim instructors primarily focus on gaining physical skills in the water, the Feedom In The Water Method takes a holistic approach that addresses both the inner and outer aspects of your relationship with water. The problem is – when you learn the strokes and you don’t do the inner work, you will still find yourself feeling scared in the water and repeating the same cycles over and over – even if you have a different set of stroke skills. The Freedom In The Water Method is here to help you break cycles by taking a deep look at your inner life, so you can not only have more freedom in aquatic settings, but you can feel more comfortable getting in the water, too.

  2. Nervous System Support: Anxiety and fear are intertwined with blocked emotions and beliefs.
